Description:

The apartment has approx. 70 square meters distributed as following: There is a comfortable living-room recently re-decorated with new sofa, table, chairs and a big TV (49”).  From the living-room you can access the terrace with views to the beach and the garden 🙂 You can see this in the picture. It has an American kitchen completely equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, electrical stoves, washing machine, toaster, kitchenware, plates and dishes…

The other principal room in the apartment is the bedroom, also recently re-decorated.  It has a large built-in wardrobe where you can keep all your clothes. There is plenty space. We have also bought a comfortable bed (160 cm), where the guest report sleeping like babies. From the bedroom there is also access to the terrace, and with the door is opened you can hear the waves from the beach 🙂

The apartment has a big and comfortable terrace, with west-orientation where you can enjoy the sun during most of the day 🙂 It is equipped with table and chairs as well as a pair of deck chairs where you can enjoy a drink while contemplating the beauty of the sunset, after a relaxing day on the beach.

Location:

The apartment is located in a lively, sunny and beautiful town in the “Costa del Sol”, called Fuengirola in Málaga-Spain .This area is known as “Costa del Sol”, where you can enjoy sunny days all year long 🙂

Fuengirola has a large coast to walk and enjoy. The flat is located West close to the “Castle Sohail of Fuengirola” where many events and festivities are organized. The apartment belongs to the prestigious and famous residence of “Doña Sofia”. The residence has 24 hrs vigilance and a nice garden that is carefully cared for. Across the street, you will find the beach, a large promenade and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. The closest supermarket is “Maskom”, a brief 5 minute walk away – where I usually buy 😉 Also close to the apartment (aprox. 10 minute walk), there is the Miramar shopping center, where you will find plenty shops, cafes, a big supermarket and a cinema with films in original version (OV).

You can walk to the center of Fuengirola, which is considered the “Constitucion Plaza” in about 13 minutes . It is a nice walk along the promenade 🙂 The train station and bus station are also in the center of Fuengirola, so if you arrive to Fuengirola by train or bus, you can walk to the apartment!
