The apartment has approx. 55 square meters distributed as following: There is a comfortable living-room recently renovated with new sofa, table, chairs and a big TV (57”).  From the living-room you can access the terrace with views to a pedestrian street in the heart of famous and demand “Los Boliches” area 🙂 . It has a kitchen completely equipped with fridge, microwave, electrical stoves, coffee maker, kitchenware, plates and dishes…

The other principal room in the apartment is the bedroom, also recently renovated with a comfortable bed (160 cm), where you will enjoy of a restful sleep. From the bedroom there is also access to the covered terrace, where you can savor of relaxing breakfast with mounting views 🙂

The apartment has a big and comfortable terrace of 16 square meters, with south -orientation where the sun during most of the day 🙂 It is equipped with table, chairs and parasol where you can enjoy a drink while contemplating the beauty of the sunset, after a relaxing day on the beach.

Location:

The apartment is located in a lively, sunny and beautiful town in the “Costa del Sol”, called Fuengirola in Málaga-Spain .This area is known as “Costa del Sol”, where you can enjoy sunny days all year long 🙂

Fuengirola has a large coast to walk and enjoy. The flat is located in one of the most demand area, “Los Boliches”, it is the seafront area to the eastern side of Fuengirola centre. The Boliches beach is one of the ones in Fuengirola with a great atmosphere, It’s ideal for enjoying the water through its moderate swells all year round.  There’s an extensive beachfront promenade with many amenities for dining, cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment activities. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the beach and it is located in a pedestrian street. The closest supermarket is “Mercadona”, a brief 5 minute walk away – where I usually buy 😉

The “Castle Sohail of Fuengirola” is located to the West where many events and festivities are organized. Also in the west, there is the Miramar shopping center, where you will find plenty shops, cafes, a big supermarket and a cinema with films in original version (OV).

You can walk to the center of Fuengirola, which is considered the “Constitucion Plaza” in about 20 minutes . It is a nice walk along the promenade 🙂 The train station and bus stations are also close to the apartment, so if you arrive to Fuengirola by train or bus, you can walk to the apartment!
